FEES FOR PARTICIPATING IN BAND
All students participating in the Band and Flag Classes in the South-Western City School District are required to pay a Band Booster Fee and a District Pay to Participate Fee for participation in those classes. These fees allow the Band program to provide experiences above and beyond the normal band class including the development of custom drill and music, additional staffing for more individualized instruction, travel expenses, materials for props, uniform maintenance (to only name a few expenditures).
THERE ARE 2 FEES FOR PARTICIPATION IN BAND
1. SWCS District Pay to Participate Fee
2. Band Booster Fee (only one fee listed below will apply to a participating student)
Students are ineligible to repeat the band and flags classes if fees were not paid from a previous school year.

1. SWCS District Pay to Participate Fee
- $50 assessed through Infinite Campus and can be paid in Infinite Campus directly, typically due in June
- District information on this fee AND access to the Success Beyond the Classroom scholarship can be found HERE
2. Band Booster Fee (only one fee listed below will apply to a participating student)
- $475 for students participating in the band class OR students participating in BOTH fall color guard and concert band season
- $375 for students only participating in the Flags class (fall color guard)
- $100 for students participating in the band class but have opted for the Fall Sports Exemption
Students are ineligible to repeat the band and flags classes if fees were not paid from a previous school year.

- IF CHOOSING TO PAY ONLINE, DUE DATES ARE THE SAME AS STATED ON COUPONS BELOW
- Payments can also be dropped off in the locked box in the band room

PAYING FEES ONLINE
Central Crossing High School Band Boosters now offers online payment as another way to pay your student's band fees, winter guard fees and indoor percussion fees. The booster club is a PayPal verified organization. You can NOT use this service to pay the district pay to play fee. The district pay to pay fee should be paid directly to the CCHS Main Office during summer hours.

PAYING FEES WITH CHECK OR CASH
Please send check or cash in an envelope with your child's name and place in the LOCKED band booster box in the CCHS Band Room. If needed, envelopes are also provided next to the lock box (please fill out appropriate info on the envelope). If paying in cash, receipts can and should be requested from a director. Checks should be payable to CCBB.
