ALL STUDENTS intending to participate in the 2021-22 version of the Central Crossing Band and Guard should fill out our Intent to Participate Form so that we can begin planning for the upcoming band season and help make sure that you receive all of our communications! Please only complete this form one time.

Click the band handbook link to access the official CCHS Band Handbook. This handbook covers all aspects of participation in the CCHS Band and Guard including attendance policy, participation policy, rehearsal and travel expectations, and grading policies (to name a few).

Many parents choose to not pay for any band expenses out of pocket and participate in the fundraising opportunities operated by the Central Crossing Band Boosters. The fundraising opportunities page provides information about the available fundraising opportunities but all specific information and sign-up are found in CHARMS.

Then CCHS Band Boosters are the parent support organization of the Central Crossing Band and Guard that helps the Directors provide World Class experiences for our students. Please visit this page to find contact information of the Booster Executive Board, a group of parents helping make sure all areas of student participation are supported, to get any question answered about any topic. The Band Boosters hold a meeting open to the public the 4th Monday of every month to help keep parents informed about current band events, ask questions, or find out ways to get involved to help support these incredible band members.

The CCHS Band Boosters provide parents with an option to pay band fees online using paypal. Click on the link to access specific instructions to successfully pay any band fee online (NOTE: pay to participate fees must be paid to the district directly and NOT to the Band Boosters.
