Communication with parents is a priority within the Central Crossing Instrumental Department. It is imperative to note that the location and timing of all communication is important. If you would like to discuss a situation with one of the directors, please do so by arranging a conference when it is convenient for both you and the directors. As your comments and suggestions are wanted and needed, please try to refrain from discussing situations with a director while they are in front of the band or preparing to start rehearsal.
How to stay informed:
CutTime CutTime is a web based hub that requires a login that will be assigned. In CutTime you will have access to numerous items including student account information. If your updated email address is in CutTime, you will also occassionally receive email updates from CCHS Band Boosters (band parents) and Directors.

Tuesday Sheets/Informational Flyers Tuesday sheets are weekly information sheets used primarily through the fall for the marching band season. The Tuesday sheet gives specific information on upcoming events and are updated weekly here on this page, in Charms, and sent through email. Text /E-mail From Boosters Text/E-mails are sent on an as-needed basis from the directors, CutTime, or members of the Band Booster Executive Board.
Monthly Band Booster Meetings Get all of your questions answered by directors or parent volunteers at the monthly Band Booster Meetings. Meetings typically take place on the 4th Monday of each month in the CCHS Auditorium at 7:00pm. Please always check the Google calendar on the band's website to make sure there is a meeting that month!
