student release to parent form
Please fill out and return this form if you are planning on taking your son or daughter home with you from a band event instead of them riding home on the bus (or similar situations). When picking up your student, please meet the band at the buses to "check out" with the chaperone on their bus. This will officially complete the transfer of responsibility from the band to the parent.
pay to participate & sbc application forms
The South-Western City School District requires a Pay to Participate fee for all members of the Band and Flags classes. The SBC Application is for families wishing to apply for a reduction in the pay to participate fee. These forms and fees must be turned in to the CCHS front office OR at the District Service Center on Marlane Drive. Band directors cannot collect these fees and forms.

2024-25 Band Booster Fair Share Fee
Band = $475
Guard+Band = $475
Guard Only = $375
The CCHS Band Boosters are now accepting checks made out to Central Crossing Band Boosters or cash in an envelope with your child’s name on it. Please have your child place their payment in the locked band booster box located right beside the director’s door in the band room.
